Elza is a certified LMP, RYT-200 holistic health professional who understands that health and wellness come not just from treating illness in the body...but by addressing the relationship of body to the mind and spirit.

As such, Elza is a Certified Home Health and Wellness Coach, yoga instructor, and spiritual teacher. She has more than a decade of knowledge and experience helping people to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Her expertise is in teaching Hatha and Raja Yoga with a focus on inward reflection and meditative awareness. Additionally, Elza is trained and certified in Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Integral Breathe Therapy, Crystal Facial Treatment and Quantum Nutrition. With years of expertise, Elza is heart-centered and filled with passion for health and healing.
